Casing (plastic window)

It was a struggle making this and there are a few glitches in it but the idea was to give the viewer a screen thet could see through to emphasis the behind the screen theme.

Constantine Book

I really think it was a good idea changing to a constantine book from a perfect. The continues flow of images really emphasis’s the idea of life behind the screen and it continues cycle.

Final Process

The stock here  was harder to deal with than imaginable. Although the gloss gave a good clear picture of screen it was hard to deal with. It was was very delicate and easy to to damage.

Prototype

I though the stock used here would be good for the final outcome but the ink was obsorsorded creating a dull and less prominent look, It was good that i did this as a prototype.

Concept

This idea is based around “Digital Interface Interaction” as a theme to promote my work and to display my connection with technology. Design is based on the theme where the viewer will be able to interact with the package and its content. The package will involve windows to be cut out so the flow of the piece takes the viewer to the next section where a different part of my work will be discussed, again playing on the theme interface interaction.

Previous Concepts

This idea is based on the previous theme “Web Interaction as a communication/Advertising tool”. The idea was to demonstrate my ability as a designer and the theme narrative of web interaction.

Who am I targeting/Who do I want to work with?

The main audience that I will be targeting as a multimedia designer will be design firms that deal with website design, advertising and marketing. Working amongst a small design team would be the preferred working atmosphere where each designer is specified their role amongst the firm. Like any working atmosphere conversation and input by each designer will occur in creating a successful solution for the client.

What is my relationship with new technology?

Growing up with New Technology for me was more about the invention and evolution of products such as game consoles and computers. Growing up and interacting with technology in this way allowed me to have an ongoing relationship with New technology so as I evolved so did technology. This evolution timeline allowed me to keep up to date with the rapid development of the computer and technology generation.

The largest influence of technology that has managed to become apart of my life would have to be the computer. Growing up with its basic, I now use it as communicating tool to achieve my goals as a multimedia designer. It has become vital for me in achieving my career aspirations as a multimedia design.

These will be the main aspect i will be trying to demonstrate about technology and the relationship I share with New Technology:
